“Unique” is a word that comes to mind to describe the Retina & Vitreous Center business. I was an emergency patient for a torn retina in the distant past, then again in the other eye just a couple months ago. 17 years ago, I was moved for the first time in my life to write a letter of praise and appreciation to the staff, doctors, and the people in charge of hiring/training. At every contact step, from front desk, technician, assistant, doctor, and even billing, every person has been knowledgeable, pleasant, and caring. And after 17 years, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the same care and competency is still in place today. In my 63 years, and 40+ years of business ownership, I can assure you, it is definitely “unique” to find a business (in any profession) so well staffed and run for both a positive process and professional result. Kudos to all employed… and Thank You 🙂
