Post-intravitreal Avastin, Lucentis and Triessence Injections

After receiving an injection of Avastin, Lucentis or Triessence for your retinal condition, you may notice string-like strands floating in your eye. These are called "floaters" and usually diasappear within 7 to 10 days. Alternativelty, perfectly round floaters in the lower visual field are usually air bubbles that will disappear in 24 to 48 hours. Your vision may be blurry for the first 3-5 days post injection. Your eye may be red for 2-3 weeks post injection.
